Flooring sample questions
- Are flooring samples free?
- Yes. Flooring samples are free at Plank & Loom, and so is delivery anywhere in Ontario. You can order up to three samples per order, and they are yours to keep.
- How many flooring samples can I order?
- You can order three flooring samples per order. The product page keeps a running count as you add them and tells you when you have reached three, so the choice stays a shortlist.

- Do I have to return the flooring samples?

- Can a sample order be credited toward my flooring purchase?
- No. Sample orders cannot be credited against a future flooring purchase. Samples are free, so there is nothing to put toward the order.
- Is there a discount on a first flooring order?
- Yes. New customers get $100 off a flooring order over $500, one use per customer. The code is emailed when you sign up.
